Rooted In Motion has something for everyone!  Even if you've never been involved in fitness before, Rooted In Motion is a fun and perfect start to inspire a new and healthy lifestyle. Work as hard, or as little as you want.  If you're a seasoned pro with years of Spartan Beasts under your belt, you'll find Rooted In Motion provides you with a unique environment that will challenge your overall athleticism.  Lunch and beverages are included with individual registration.

Optional massages and overnight stays are available for those who want to hang out, relax, and unwind on the ranch after a fun filled day.  Even those that don't stay the night at the ranch can utilize our beautiful outdoor showers and changing rooms at anytime before, during, or after the retreat hours.

Amenities on the ranch include a 24-7 farm store (Mini Barn Market), exotic bird garden, sunken fire pit, swimming pool, ice bath recovery, hot tub, large private outdoor showers / changing rooms, and a 2000 square foot barn that is packed with entertainment and places to hang out.
